AltiZ 4200

Compact 3D profile sensors with a narrow field of view and ultra-high resolution, delivering more data points for electronics and automotive inspection.

AltiZ 4200 are 3D profile sensors that combine a narrow field of view and ultra-high resolution in a compact housing. They capture more than 42 million points per second, with 4,224 points per profile and up to 14,000 profiles per second. The single-camera design suits tight spaces, in-line inspection and robot arms. They are used to inspect electronic modules and boards, glue and weld seams, smartphone assemblies and EV batteries.
