Our name is a sailing term
Orsa means sailing as close to the wind as possible. When the wind is against you, it describes finding an angle and making progress instead of stopping.
AIDC stands for automatic identification and data capture — the field made up of barcodes, RFID and mobile terminals. Put together, the two words describe our work: setting the right course in operations that move too fast to track by hand.
At Orsa AIDC we bring Zebra Technologies hardware, software and solutions to the Turkish market. We don't just sell hardware: we analyse the harshest operating conditions together with the people who work in them, recommend the right model, deploy it, integrate it with your existing systems and carry out maintenance of every kind. How we work
Environment first, model second
Picking a model from the catalogue is the easiest route, and it's also where the most expensive mistake gets made. A terminal that fails in cold storage is a cost, however cheap it was.
So we open every job by asking about conditions: how many hours the device stays in hand, what temperature it runs at, what happens if it's dropped, how far it has to scan. We don't send a quote until those answers are clear.
To speed up the decision, we provide a demo unit. Once the team tries it on their own site, the debate ends.
