This policy explains how the information you share with Orsa AIDC is handled.
What we collect
Quote and contact forms: full name, company, email address, phone number, the operating environment you describe, and your product selections.
Device advisor: the free-text description of your environment. This text is sent to an AI service to generate a model recommendation.
Server logs: standard access logs kept for security purposes.
We collect nothing beyond this, and we ask that you do not enter sensitive personal data into the forms.
Why we process it
To prepare a quote and respond to your enquiry.
To recommend the right hardware and provide technical support.
To meet our legal obligations and keep our systems secure.
We do not use your details to build marketing lists, and we do not sell them to third parties.
Who we share it with
Text you submit to the device advisor is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate a recommendation. We recommend not including personal details in that text.
The site is served through Cloudflare infrastructure.
Other than this, your information is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Quote and contact records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for the duration of the commercial relationship, then deleted — or sooner on request.
Server access logs are retained for a limited period.
Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted with HTTPS. Server access is limited to authorised staff and quote records are stored with restricted access.
