Vision sensor with deep learning anomaly detection and training-free DL-OCR that finds deviations traditional inspection tools can miss.
NS42 is a vision sensor that offers deep learning-based anomaly detection and training-free deep learning OCR (DL-OCR). Automatic image comparison flags deviations from a reference standard, and a pre-trained deep neural network reads characters without font definitions. It has a processor optimized for AI applications and 8 GB of memory. New machine vision capabilities and symbologies are added with a software license.
