Iris GTX
Compact all-in-one vision system smart camera with higher-resolution sensors and up to 3x the processing power of its predecessor.
Zebra Iris GTX is a compact, all-in-one vision system smart camera. Its Intel x6000 series embedded processor boosts performance up to 3x over its predecessor, and CMOS sensor options range from 2 to 16 MP. The IP67 design lets it work in dirty, humid or harsh industrial environments. It communicates over real-time digital I/O and TCP/IP, CC-Link IE Field Basic, EtherNet/IP, Modbus, PROFINET and robot interfaces, and provides an HMI via VGA and USB.

Use cases
- Vision system for dirty, humid and harsh industrial environments
- All-in-one machine vision inspection
- Identification and code reading
- Metrology and measurement
- Color analysis (C models)
- Automation and robot communication
Not the right fit for
- Not suited to applications that need high frame rates on a color model; for example, GTX16000C captures 5 fps.
- Not suited to environments below 0 °C or above 45 °C.
- Not suited to use without a lens; a C-mount lens is required (the starter kit includes a 16 mm lens).
