Zebra's smallest network-connected fixed industrial scanner for PLC-controlled track and trace, upgradable to machine vision via license.
FS20 is Zebra's smallest network-connected fixed industrial scanner, designed for industrial barcode and DPM reading in PLC-controlled track-and-trace applications. Built-in Ethernet/IP, PROFINET and other protocols integrate it with common PLC and host systems. It offers ImagePerfect, ManyCode and Golden Image Compare. New symbologies, speed or machine vision functions are added with a software license.

Not the right fit for
- Not suited to long-distance reading; range for 20 mil Code 128 is up to 61 cm.
- Not suited to environments below 0 °C or above 45 °C; with PoE power the upper limit is 40 °C.
- Not suited to applications that need an interchangeable C-mount lens; FS20 has a fixed 6 mm Liquid Lens.
