Premium 2- and 4-inch desktop printers with premium features, top performance and strong security, easy to deploy and manage with Print DNA.
The ZD611 replaces the ZD410d and TLP2824 Plus; the ZD621 replaces the GX Series, ZD500 and ZD620 Series. Ethernet, USB and USB Host are standard, and dual-radio Wi-Fi and Bluetooth can be added at the factory or in the field. The linerless models are part of the ZeroLiner solution; with no liner they deliver up to 50% more labels per roll and less waste.

- ZD611 TT: 2-inch, thermal transfer; 4.3-inch colour touch LCD standard; 74 m ribbon, width 33–58 mm; 242.9 x 138.7 x 169.2 mm, 1.629 kg.
- ZD621 DT: 4-inch, direct thermal; 221 x 177 x 151 mm, 1.6 kg.
- ZD621 Linerless Direct Thermal: 4-inch, for linerless labels; linerless platen, label-taken sensor and linerless cutter; optional 4.3-inch touch display.
- ZD621 TT: 4-inch, thermal transfer; 300 m or 74 m ribbon, width 33.8–109.2 mm; 267 x 202 x 192 mm, 2.5 kg.
- Serial port is standard on ZD621 models and field-installable on the ZD611.

Not the right fit for
- Thermal transfer printing or non-ZeroLiner media on the linerless models: they print direct thermal only and work with ZeroLiner labels.
- Environments below 4.4 °C or above 41 °C: they fall outside the operating temperature range.
- Media wider than 118 mm: the limit is 118 mm on the ZD621 and 60 mm on the ZD611.
